I received a call that I had won $200.00 worth of gas coupons and all I had to pay was shipping of $4.95. I agreed to the 4$.95 and provided my information.

When the telemarker asked if I would be interested in a list of other services I told him that I only wanted the $200.00 worth of coupons. I asked him how they worked and he told me just like money just give the clerk the coupons when I purchased gas.

When I got my bank statement they had debited my account $99.95. I called the customer service department and told them that I did not authorize the debit and that I wanted my money back. That was in April, 2005 and I was sent a form to fill out to get my money. I followed the time line they gave and when I called back 30 days later I spoke to Ginger who told me that they received my form on the 9th of May, 2005 and that it would 14 days before they would process my check. I called back on June 30th and talked to Peter ID#9177 who told me that my account had been red flagged and given priority and that I would receive my check in 14 days.

I called back on July 27, 2005 and talked toJenny ID#7917 and she told me that My account would be given priority since it had been so long and that I would receive my check in 14 days. I asked her who would generate the check and she stated the financial department, but that she couldn'g switch me. I asked to speak to the supervisor who was Dale ID#0424 who assured me that he was attaching priority to my account and that they would generate a check manually and not wait on the computer system.

I talked to James ID#0980 in August and I was told that I would get my check as he was going to flag it top priority. I talked back to Ginger August 16, 2005 and I was told that my check had not been mailed or even generated.
