Dear Cynthia,

Thanks for writing!
This person never purchased anything from us. Please note that we represent over 300 different collectors and this item may have come from one of them, but it was definitely not from us.

Ask this person to show you a Certificate of Authenticity from us for the item he has in his possession, and you will find out it was NOT from us. Since he bought it on eBay he should contact them to ask the name of the seller so he will know who to contact.

This person has been harassing us, and other organizations about this issue, and we will hot waste our time on something that is not our problem. He's posted lies on this allreaders.net < http://allreaders.net > web site, and we will be pursuing legal actions against him. He's made a mistake, and he won't admit it, and has been trying to make a federal case out of it.

Please note that any authenticators opinion is only that, and is meaningless in the real world. It is probably authentic, and this guy should be happy to own such an item. He should research the band's autographs and decide himslef, not let a biased company with few exemplars to decide this matter.

Best regards,
Michael Rigore

Brian Burkel was once a musician, and once went by the name of Brian Burns as his stage name.  Nothing is funny about this since many of his friends know him by this name.

There are no lawsuits against Autographs America.com  If so, what is the complaint number, and state issued, so these readers can verify this information.  It's not going to happen, because this is NOT true.  Otherwise, the person that posted these lies would write back with this information.  Let's watch for that.  It's NEVER going to happen!

Mr. Burkel received a degree in computer science in prison?   Wow, did you know you can get a college degree in prison.  What a great story!

The persons who have been forging the signatures have been turned over to the FBI.  Wow, another great development!  What are their names so we can contact them?  Please write back with this information.  Is this going to happen: NO  Why not?  Because this is NOT true!

These are all great stories, IF they were true.  Cmon, really!

Please note that our user agreement gives the Attorney General's contact information if you have a complaint about our business.  We've had a few, and they have all been answered and the cases closed.  Please read the terms and conditions before you buy from our business.  Simply click on the word Register in the top right hand corner of the home page, or click this URL for more information  http://www.autographsamerica.com/register.asp
