My car Dodge Stratus 2002 's engine ceased 2 weeks ago , autoland was responsible to fix it so they put me on a rental for that time.

Service consultant telling me all the time that we are putting new transmission in and this takes time so i patiently wait for my car and paid rental from my pocket.

Last night got my car back, this morning broke again on the road on my way to work, same symptoms, engine ceased
called autoland and they said that they will tow the car, tollside assistance on the phone and autoland service consultant agreed to take care of the charges

when toll company towed my car to Autoland the service consultant who agreed refused to pay and my car is tolled back to the towing facility

i have asked tollside assistance to provide me the tape on which this guy agreed on the first place and now helding me responsible to pay for a problem they never fixed in the first place

their service is PATHETIC
