I'll make this short. I Ordered the Mount on Sat. Oct 18th, and spoke with Ray. He was very polite in taking my order and answered any questions about the product. When the order was placed he said I should receive confirmation on Monday morning with my tracking information. I didn't receive it till Fri. Oct 24th, Which wasn't information on my package but simply a note stating that the company received billing info and would be sending my package to my address as soon as UPS receives the package from the company, WHICH THEY NEVER DID. Date of delivery was suppose to be Oct 30th. Which still has not been touched.

As 'B.jacobs' Described, "As you can see they merely send this to fool you into believing it is being sent when actually the company is ripping you off."

I am not the only person victim to this scam. If anyone would like to take action, feel free to contact me.
