Complaint Review: Automac

Last October, we purchased a car through Car Dealz, which is now called Automac. They sold us a Lincoln Towncar for 8000.00, after interest the total came to 15k. During the first 30 days of having the vehicle, we had to go to the lot over 8 times. The last time, Steve Cleary gave us a loaner car and told us that he would fix any problem over the next 7 days. The loaner car had a bad alignment, and nearly crashed into a rail on top of a bridge. They called a tow truck to come and get us, and gave us another car. Water leaks in the car when it rains, the AC stopped working, the rear axle is bent, windows won't go up or down, and there are countless other issues. We took the car back to the lot, and agreed to pay for the cost of repairs. Because they were very expensive, they agreed to a payment agreement. 2 weeks later, they refused to fix our car and said that it wasnt worth the cost of repairs. So, they tried to sell us another car, with more miles, and a higher rate. Our payments would have doubled. So we left with our car, which had mildew throughout the entire vehicle from sitting in one spot for weeks.... We drove home with a broken axle, and are now searching for a different option, because this is not it. They are the car lot, and the finance company, that charges you a 30%+ intrest rate. They sell you a car with problems, and have you bring it to their repair shop, only to hold your car for weeks and sell you another car. These people only care about making a check. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR THROUGH THEM.... AND PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THEM. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT, DOES NOT MEAN THAT PEOPLE CAN ABUSE YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
