Complaint Review: Automated Internet Group

i paid 9,462.00 automated internet group for them for a tv ad and for them to put it on the tv stations.i asked them if i would be able to see them they said no because they wouldnt be aired in my location,so i asked them how would i know if they were put on tv,he told me the tv stations would send affidavidts after they had aired it the ad was suppose to be aired in nov.and dec.of 2007..i waited until feb 2008 and i still had not gotten the affidavidts.so i started calling them,after the first call nobody wanted to talk to me,i would be told they would have someone would call me back,they never did
one night someone called me from automated internet group,told me to get on my computer ,his supervisor was going to send me the affidavidts,i told him i wanted them from tv stations not automated internet group,he told me to get to my computer. well i got nothing from them ,in march i called,and called them all i got was run around,when someone would talk to me,always someone would call me back,that never happened. they lied, lied, lied and lied some more. my credit card did credit my card back what i has spent,but automated internet group debated it,so my credit card company gave it all back to them
