April 2004 this company closed down its Warminster, Pennsylvania plant to consolidate all of its business into their Minnesota plant. They make large food/drink vending machines that are sold through distributors.

Many, many workers who had been with this company for 20, 30 and 40 years lost their jobs. Many workers made financial and time sacrifices to help the company remain solvent and to help keep their customers orders feeled even during the 60 days prior to the shut down of the plant.

Workers did not receive even one penny in severance or appreciation. However the office workers - supervisors, managers, etc. - received a minimum of a years salary plus large profit sharing checks. (Yes, they made a good profit.)

The workers that had kept their business alive for so long did not even receive a "thank you" from this company. Many of the office workers hadn't even been with the company for very long -yet they received good compensation/severence packages. While people who had spent 20-40 years of their lives working for this company, doing the actual physical dirty work - received absolutely nothing.

This company is a huge rip-off and doesn't deserve to have good workers. They burn them out and then kick them out the door without so much as a "thank you very much!"
