On October 15, 2007 Monday afternoon, I entered AutoMax Desoto in search of a vehicle. After completing a Ref. sheet, Application and Agreement to provide documentation and pending verification form, I was able to leave the property with the car no later than 4:00 pm.

After reviewing facts about the vehicle online on Oct 16, 2007, I discovered this was not the car for me and it was returned undamaged and unharmed before 3:00 pm on Oct 16, 2007. At the point of return, Mr. Tony Reed and Jimmy Ford tried to strong arm me, into keeping the vehicle.

At that point, both Tony and Jimmy informed me that the information was already sent to the bank, and the deal was final..Yes the deal was final within 23 hours, not even a full 24. I was informed that it was nothing I could do but to keep the car or accept a repossession on my credit. Not only had I not signed a contract at this time, but I was not aware of my monthly payments, APR/interest rate, and to whom I would make payment to. I was given no paperwork regarding the fraudulent transaction except an Agreement to Provide Documentation and Pending Verification.

I was also instructed by Tony Reed that he needed to view my Debit Card, and that the fee would not be withdrawn from my bank until I agreed to the transaction. However this was not the case, and it has since then been withdrawn from my banking institution. Mr. Reed also stated that the only reason the bank needed to see my debit card, was to make sure I was truly interested, showing a possible down payment if needed, which was also a lie.

The car was returned for the simple fact that the salesmen tried to make a dishonest business transaction. In conclusion, the car & keys were returned to 701 S. Beckley/ I-35 Desoto, TX 75115 on 10/16/07 before 3:00 pm; therefore the car had not been in my possession over the initial 24 hour period.

Point Blank, I withdraw my inquiry on the Car, and I should not be forced into a sale. Moreover, I was not given any paperwork regarding the sale (I am not knowledgeable of my interest rate, mo. Payments, or the # of months of the loan, which is not normal dealership procedure. Not only was I denied paperwork, but I was also denied information regarding the possible lender, in fear that they may be personally contacted and informed about my dissatisfaction on the car, the Deal, and the Dealership its self.
