I took my Hyundai Accent in for routine 15K maintenance, expecting to have an oil change and basic stuff.  When they said it would be a little more since they rotated the tires, I was basically okay with that but a bit disconcerted that they hadn t discussed that with me.  What really pissed me off is that they did a full fuel system flush and clean out WITHOUT asking me. 

I was willing to take it as part of my fault that I didn't ask, but they didn t run down the list of services either.  But I checked the Hyundai website and it is not a routine service for 15K miles... So I ended up paying $184 when I was expecting a bill of about $50.

On top of this, I tried to make an appointment online and was supposed to get some sort of confirmation and never heard anything from them.

And even better, it took 3 hours to get my car back.
