Complaint Review: Automax Sales Training Automotive Mangement Services Inc.

This is yet ANOTHER unhappy "sales training" attendant. This SCAM of automotive sales training began with all lies. The following ??classes?? took place in Naples, Florida recently, and I was part of one: Porsche of Naples, Luxury Imports of Naples (John Harris, Mgr.), Mercedes of Naples, and VW/Audi of Naples (Brian Massoll, Mgr). These are dealerships manged by Terry Taylor of AMSI (Automotive Mangement Services, Inc.). Apparently, Terry needs to obtain more revenue, in a dishonest fashion.

Bob Stevens (NJ), of Automax Sales Training (owned by AMSI-Terry Taylor, HQ West Palm Beach, FL), was the "speaker" at my event and the deceitful way they acquire their attendees is posted on either "careerbuilder.com" or "hotjobs.com" and reads as follows:

Above is the generic ad used by AMSI's Automax Sales Training. I suspect they will simply change their name, when more "rip off reports" are filed; I know Bob Stevens is affliated with Auto Vision Sales Training and Sales Training 360 (these were company names, which he mentioned in the class). I felt bad for several people in my class, since one gentleman flew in from Puerto Rico and one lady from Pennsylvania.

I have read other reports mentioning the cost of this training class and the classes held in Naples were the highest cost of $399, PLUS and ongoing $99 for the "ghost" job placement service. Apparently, they feel they can charge more in Naples, FL, since it is known as a high cost of living community.

It is not enough that dealerships, in general, treat their sales staff AND their customers like "second-class citizens," but NOW they are trying to SCAM money from innocent people, who are NOT familiar with the common dealings of dealerships! I am SURE there must be SOME honesty involved with some dealerships in this country, but the following are NOT one of those:
