We applied at AutoMax last saturday 1-28-2006. We have some credit issues but when we told them over the phone that we had them even in ADVANCE they told me " Dont worry we have a special finance guy who is great and will get the deal DONE" then the sales guy tells me "I'll call you back within 15 minutes with the answer. We called for almost 4 hours to findout." Well we cant get you approved". Even the recording on the phone says" We will get you approved no matter what CREDIT problems you have had".
