Do not buy your car from this company!!! I went into this dealership because of the situation I was in. My car had been stolen (I had a bought it and it got stolen next day) and they had cars for $500 down. I asked for something dependable and good on gas.. Did not care about color or the looks. Simple right? No!

I bought a 1999 Ford Escort, because that is the car that was recommended for my criteria. Salesman was extremely nice and from what I was told this was a Christian based company so I assumed they REALLY just wanted to help people in situations like mine. Quickly found out that was not the case when my car broke down completley 4 days later, and all of the niceness and customer service flew right out the window!

I called for them to come pick up the car on a Monday, Waited until Tuesday afternoon to call and check on it. Spoke with the service manager John, and he said he did not quite have a full update but that he makes his calls to ALL customers at the end of the day between 6p-7p. Needless to say I never heard from him. Called next morning and left a message, but by 2pm had not heard anything so I called back. Still no one had any answers or any kind of update. At this point they have had my car longer than I had it! Finally John informs me that it will be ready by end of day Wed. He stated he would call me and let me know when it would be ready for pick up.. BIG SHOCKER.. never got that call!

Thursday comes around and stil NOTHING. Finally at 1:30pm, I got a return call from the GM, who I had left a msg for to make a complaint on John and this customer service I was receiving. He called me back and was the nicest GM. Actually surprised me because I had been getting the run around for so many days. He did apologize and agreed to get to the bottom of what the status of my car was. But regardless, they sold me a bad car and treated me horribly when it was time for them to step up and do their part.

I highly recommend you go through another company, if you want to be treated right!
