Automobile Acceptance repoed my car, I paid them in full to recieve my car back. Once I got to the auction to pick up my vehicle, I was notified that my vehicle was no longer running. (However it was running when I turned it in) When the Auction took me back on the lot to see my vehicle, my rims were stolen off my vehicle, there was oil all over my leather seats, trash and beer bottles, the wires up under the dash board were ripped out. I immediatley called Automobile Acceptance to report the incident. I was told that they were not responsible and I would have to pursue the repo company that they hired and the auction. The auction immediatley started a investigation. Once they pulled the tape from when my vehicle was first brought in, my rims were missing. Which confirmed that the repo company stripped my rims before it got to the auction. I just feel like the finance company should be responsible for the company that they hired. I turned the car in like I was supposed to, then I paid what I owed, only to get my car back a total mess!!!!

Automobile Acceptance repoed my car as well I didn't give the tow driver my permission to take the vehicle they towed it from my co-workers home without her permission she told them no they could not take it and stated they need to talk to me first they threatened her and said if she didn't release the vehicle to them they were going to place her under arrest and showed her a fake badge impersonating the police she said no and shut the door and they still towed it. I have a contract disagreement issue with Automobile Acceptance my first monthly payment was due jan 7 2010 according to my contract but when I took out the loan on my vehicle I was told by the agent the first payment was due in 90 days which would have made it due  feb7th 2010 I was only 12 days late paying them and they repoed my vehicle this is so wrong for a company to take advantage of people who are already struggling I am very intrested in joining your Class Action Law suit please contact me so we may proceed (((REDACTED)))
