To Whom It May Concern: Do not purchase a car from this dealership. I have one payment to go and counting. I took my car to Auto Tunes to be repair which is the repair shop for Auto Acceptance and did a 40/60 split . Where I payed Auto Tunes $800 for a supposed to be brand new transmission as told to me out of total repairs of $2000. One year later I founded out that they rebuilded the transmission, when I called because I am still having troubled. I paid Automobile Acceptance $2000 for this and I don't care new or rebuild I should not be having  any kind of trouble out of this transmission. I am a woman and they took advantage of that. Women please take a man , someone with knowledge who you trust or research the cost before you give these people any money. The place that  Auto Tunes took my car to, is out of business, because they did not do transmission there and this company they had contract with . I think the name of the company was Diagnosis Transmission. I see why, a rip off company dealing with a ripoff comapny, now they out of business and Auto Acceptance and Tunes are next. If you can, try to take to a reputable place. If they can not fix it at repair shop, do not let them take your car to someone you know nothing about. Automobile Acceptance and Auto Tunes are both playing the blame game . They can kick rocks , they do nothing to try and maintain a relationship with their customers. They only give ATTITUDE. I'm paying out more money for repairs to transmission. This last carnote they should have took of and give me my title. The customer service suck and they are nasty. I will be contacted the Better Business Bureau about this matter. I have paid basically for another car . That being said what goes around comes around and this company will be out of business in the years to come. Everytime this happens to me it don't be three years the company is out. Be careful how you treat people Auto Acceptance.
