Back on November 27, 2018 I purchase what I believed to be the correct part that was needed for my vehicle. Upon recite without opening the package or its sealed plastic rap I discovered it was not the correct part. I sent it back imeadletely with the included return label. I never received conformation on my return until I called almost two weeks later and spoke to Trina, Trina explained that they did receive it and that accounted was working on my credit, I told her I understood a possible re-stocking Fee.

Another few weeks past and I needed to call again, it was pretty much the same story, Trina told me she would follow up with accounting again and apologized. The continued for months and 4 more additional phone calls to Trina.

my last phone call with Trina she told me they had a credit for a new purchase, I said I don’t want a new purchase, I know longer need the part and expect to receive some credit on the $340.00 dollars of my hard earned money.

Now here we are 5 months later and I have received nothing.
