Complaint Review: Automotive services department vehicle document/ alert notice

 Hi, my name is Hazel Turner from Tallapoosa, Ga. 30176. I received a letter today September 29, 2017 stating immediate response on a vehicle that I don't own to call a number no later than October 20,2017. Their records indicate that I have received multiple notices with no response have not contacted back to update my auto file. I haven't owned a car since 2005 and when I ask the where they were getting that I owned a Dodge car I was told they were getting info from various places.
