Rip-off Report REVIEW:

Editors UPDATE: Positive rating and recognition has been given to Automotive Training Institute for its commitment to excellence in customer service.

Ripoff Reports discussions with Automotive Training Institute have uncovered an ongoing commitment by the company to total client satisfaction. This means that clients can expect that the company will work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution to any complaints or concerns. Automotive Training Institute listens carefully to client concerns and sees them as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and become more efficient as a company in the services offered and the support for those services.

Automotive Training Institutes CEO, Mr. Christopher Frederick Sr., told us that it is his passion to help internal and external customers that keeps the fire burning in his heart to evolve, change, and Re-Engineer himself and ATI. He truly loves the feeling of helping others and is willing to be held accountable to deliver happiness and business growth to everyone he touches.

Richard Menneg, President of ATI told us that Mr. Fredericks personal business philosophy has created a family made up of individuals and members who care just as much about helping others as about helping themselves. Automotive Training Institutes mission statement says it all: "Driving profits and dreams home for clients and associates through honest coaching with integrity. Re-Engineering and forgiving misguided belief systems by focusing on successes and learning from mistakes."

Some of the other things Ripoff Report learned in the course of its investigation: typical customer feedback reads: After attending Shop Owner Courses I came back to the shop with a boatload of new ideas and tools to make my business more profitable, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce personal stress levels. Thanks ATI!"

Automotive Training Institute recognizes that complaints posted on Ripoff Report (whether true or not) are issues that need to be addressed, not ignored. If handled correctly, complaints can be valuable learning opportunities.

In summary, after our investigation, which included discussions with Mr. Frederick and many of his past and current associates, Rip-off Report is convinced that Automotive Training Institute is committed to quality delivery of services resulting in total client satisfaction.

Automotive Training Institute  ATI Automotive Training Institute First Class Institute of Con Men!  Baltimore , Maryland

The real meaning of ATI is, Association of Trickery and Inveiglers.

I suckered for their advertising, had horrible experiences trying to use their business model, and nearly lost my shop because of ATIs alleged professional mentoring." My roadmap to success was really a map of a dead-end road through hostile territory leading over a cliff!

Run away as fast as you can when your ATI contact persons tells you, if you think your problems are unique, we want you to know that weve seen it all. They may have seen it all" at ATI, but what they dont tell you is that they cant fix it all. As far as your money is concerned, they will take it all!

After 13-months of training, I found myself losing many of my loyal paying customers, some began complaining to the BBB about my shop, 3 of my top mechanics bailed, and I ended up working practically around the clock doing everything! I certainly wasnt working on my business as I was lead to believe ATIs training would help me do.
When I realized I knew more than the idiot who was supposed to be mentoring me, I asked for another one who could actually help me. When I was told that I had their best, I knew Id been duped!
I complained to the Baltimore BBB, the Baltimore Attorney General, the Baltimore Chamber of Commerce, and even discussed a possible law suit with my attorney. All of the Baltimore organizations refused to help me and my attorney said it would take a lot of cash and time to go after ATI. I decided to count my losses and move on.
ATI had me wrapped up tight in a bank loan to pay up front for the entire training program and there was no way to get out of it. The cheapest way out: I paid every last cent while cursing every check I wrote to pay for ATI training. Take it from me, you don't want to go through all of this financial pain!
Once I dumped ATI's stale business concepts, my business started coming back. One of my old mechanics heard that I fired ATI and even asked me for his old job back. ATI should have told me that they would not be able to help me improve my business instead of taking my money and making worthless recommendations.
Dont get involved with ATI or youll get in over your head. Youll look up and see them smiling at you while you're drowning!
