Complaint Review: Autonation Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

 Beware:  This dealership will send you a used vehicle and include a auto warranty. Sounds good?  Then, as a favor to you, they collect the $1,000 deductible upfront so it can be rolled into your financing.  Great right!  But when you go to use the warranty, they will tell you it doesn't work at their dealership, then they send you somewhere else.  You go somewhere else, but their warranty is only good for their dealership.  So you basically paid for a warranty, the dealership gets the money, plus they get the deductible.  But you can't use the warranty because their service department will not honor the warranty.  All together, the dealership scammed us for about $1800.  And they simply don't care.  We've tried to resolve it, email, phone calls, we've gone in - they just don't care and will not deal with us.  Basically "Coach" the guy who conned us into this scam, said too bad, you bought a used car, what did you expect?  BEWARE!
