Complaint Review: AutoNation Ford Torrance

So angry!!! We took our SUV in for basic service after receiving a coupon for a FREE oil change/$25 toward service. When we dropped off the car, we were told we could only use one of the offers. Whatever. Upon picking up the car and dealing with an incredibly rude cashier with attitude, our bill was $170!!!!!  Air filters alone were almost $100!!!!  Then, as we drove away, we realized our dashboard messgae center had been deliberately changed to Spanish. I had to bring the car BACK so they could fix something THEY did that had been fine before we brought it in. We will NEVER go back.
