On March 24 I ordered an a/c hose for my car (on line). I promptly received an email receipt with the hose description and credit card billing info. (see below)

All was well untill the part arrived a few days later, it was a compressor not a hose. OK anyone can make a mistake, so I phoned customer service. It was a joke. The phone was busy all the time. When I finally got an answer after 30 tries, they put me on hold untill I was disconnected. This happened over and over. Apparently they were having trouble with their phone system. OK, that could happen to anyone. A couple of days later I try again with the same results. Finally, I spoke with Adrian, and explain the problem. He instructs me to return the package with a note explaining the problem to the attention of Manny. I did this and sent the package UPS on 4/4. Manny signed for the package on 4/9. I phoned Manny on 4/24 to find the status of my shipment and to request a tracking number. Manny told me that Adrian was not working today so I would need to phone back tomarrow. On 4/25 Manny said that the package had been shipped and that he would email me a tracking number. I have still not received my order nor have I received any confirmation that it has been shipped. It is starting to get hot in Texas. On 4/29 I email the customer service dept and send a nice email explaining the problem. On 5/3 I phone to talk to Manny and am told he is not available. OK, so I ask to speak to his supervisor. I am told that he has no supervisor. OK, so I ask to speak to an owner. I'm told that Manny is the owner. These people have not called me once or emailed me about the problem so I call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I have now bought the part elsewhere and my wife and four kids can ride in an airconditioned car again. This company is a joke! Do not waste your time.
