I tried to cancel my order after they charged my credit card, and before shiping. By the way they delivery the part late! After I received the wrong part I returned it without any indication that they will replace it. I call several times asking for a tracking numer for the replacement part, and Eddie (Customer Srevice Rep) told me that an e-mail will be send with this information. Right!!!!! Autoparts Giant will not get any more business from me for sure.

Finally: 10/18/07 received parts, but I will never use this internet business again .

I learned from my experience Giant's personnel will not communicate with customer for whatever reasons. If they refund me for the price difference, which I'm not expecting, better for me. In the mean time I will stay away from doing business with them.
