AutoPartsGIANT.com AutoParts.com charges credit card does not ship or return money Internet

On March 05th 2009 place online order for a Mirror a 1998 S-10 pickup and strut mounts for a 2004 Outlander with AutoPartsGIANT.com. On March 20th Online account shows charge for $84.55. After calling many times and on hold for over 50 mins was told that order had shipped. My third call was told to check my Email address for info. Finnally recived Email that order had shipped.

After two weeks called again and was told the order had shipped and should recive it by UPS soon. Never got parts or tracking number. Since then (now April 27th 2009) still never recived parts or any info, no response to several Emails, and phone calls result in over hour waits and then disconects me. I have called the number several times a day for over three weeks. Google phone number and found over 23 different online auto part links. As well as many complaints that are the same as mine. It appears this online auto parts company is a front to take peoples money by credit card and hope one will not be able to get money back. I have never had any online company blow me off like this and totaly disregard and lie to me. Something is very fishy with this company. Google shows this contact for AutoPartsGiant.com

Please, please, please, go to www.IC3.gov, the FBI's internet crime website, and file a complaint about these guys. They are breaking FTC laws and should be stopped!
