Autopartsgiant.com - Autopartsgiant customer service is non responsive to e-mails and has a terrible system for tracking orders. Bellflower California
DO NOT order form this store, they have a BBB rating of "F", I have been waiting for 20 days and customer service is non existent. Their tracking system is the worst they cannot tell you if an order has been shipped and cannot check the status until after 11:00am PST that's 2:00pm EST!!! unbelievable.

Autopartsgiant.com has poor customer service and shipping practices

I filed a complaint with the BBB and once autopartsgiant recieved the complaint they cancelled my order on 12/3/07, however they said it was due to parts not in stock...then why did they charge my credit card on 11/13. this is a shady business......I have since ordred the part from someone else and will have it in 2 days (same part number and manufacurer!)
