autopartsgiant sent me the wrong product. they claimed they had mixed up the invoices and had the UPS pick up those items. they said they would send the correct items, but never did.

When I ask for a refund, they say they'll put it on the managers desk. they never let me talk to the manager he always "just left" and they never know when he will be there and "he can't call you back." I've never seen such lies and run around!

so over four months later and after talking with kevin S, emanuel and michael many times, getting hung up on, even getting an e-mail saying they would refund me, still no refund.

FRAUDULENT Company charged me but never sent product!

Justin, I believe that you were never reimbursed by these crooks. I have been battling them since August over a $100 Core reimbursment. Just to put it on the record, below is an email response from them on 11/25/08 after I mentioned reporting them to the FTC which I have done:

""As stated below a check in the amount of $100 was issued and sent by US mail. The check was issued and mailed on Nov 10th and has not cleared.

Since this is clearly going to grow into an issue we will be stop payment on that check and be sending one via UPS with tracking and Signature required! This will be done today and UPSed to the address below:""

Currently, I have NOT received any check ( it is now 12/2/08 ) and they have not responded to my request for a tracking number for the check that they supposedly sent by UPS.
The only way to get back at them is to FILE WITH THE FTC. I have created a complaint, but the FTC said that they did not have any othere complaints to act. If everyone diverts their complaints to the FTC, then they can act. Please go to the linke below and open another complaint with them. At least they have some on record now. I have preferd to call and I was not on hold long. Email is another option, but sometimes in these cases you can express more one on one.

autopartsgiant.com rebuttal is a lie! they never credited my account. months later(after much hassle) the credit card company got my money back. I have never before experienced a company who so blatantly tries to rip you off. BUYERS BEWARE!

This order was canceled due to availablity and the customer was credited in full. The customer was informed of this by email. If the customer simply would have read one of the 2 emails sent this would not have been an issue.
