Autopartsgiant.com billed visa card 4-11-09,emailed parts available,no track#after1wk2wk,tried calling 1-877-6544268got erwin,said he would email trac#,never did,called frankie had no info at all..never emailed me back,never issued refund..no parts shipped ever! Los Angeles California

placed order on line with autopartsgiant.com on 11april2009 540p ny time,they charged my card immediately and said parts on way! 13april2009 11am ny time looked for tracking# ..no tracking # on email..called 1-877-6544268 on hold 36mins.gave up..called 1-877-6544268 on tues.14april2009 130pm ny time got thru to erwin after 43mins,erwin informed me"has no info at all as parts are shipped from anywhere in the us!!" erwin said he'll email when he has tracking#..called 1-877-6544268 on saturday 18april2009 340pm ny time..spoke to frankie-he said havent any info and wouldn't look as its saturday..only taking orders!! on 28april2009 received email parts not available and refund posted to visa card...on 30april2009 refund still not posted-i called visa customer service and ms.loveen issued a credit for the cancelled sale.she tried to reach them twice and was put on hold!! this company is one hateful bunch of misfits!!
