We ordered several parts for our Pontiac, spark plugs, belts, hoses ect... our credit card was charged and a month later the order still wasn't shipped, the company doesn't respond to emails at all. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone and when you could you are asked to call back as there system is down???? I finally asked them to cancel the order and they are going to request it from the credit department???

I finally disputed the charges on our credit card.

I'd recommend you not do business with this company for any reason. The customer service is really bad and I'm not even sure they are a real company, we also filed a complaint with the BBB in the area they are in. Lot of work for trying to save a few bucks. We will now go to the local autoparts store to purchase what we need and I will continue to get the word out about this company so others don't get stuck.
