Complaint Review: Autopartsgiant.com E Mart Inc. GoFASTAutoParts.com Giants Discount Auto Parts

I ordered a set of floor mats and a tonneau fabric cover. They placed the order 3 times and charged my debit car three times. I called them back immediately and was told nothing could be done at that time. I called back when their supposed accounting office was opened and they said that I already have a tracking number for the 3 orders so nothing can be done. I have to return the merchandise (who knows how much shipping will be) and then I will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All this is assuming that I will get the merchandise. (See the BBB complaints) And if I do return the merchandise, I probably will not get a refund. (See the BBB complaints)
