Autopartsland.com, Emelda, Kas ripped me off!!!,recieved item very late so i returned it did not recieve my money back, actually used the excuse that someone @ her company inpersonated her, Los Angeles California

Autoparts land parts employee Emelda RIPS PEOPLE OFF!!! SHE'S AND IDIOT!! When I ordered a part the d**n "customer service" which was very slow told me that the part would be at my home within a certain time period, it ended up ariving at my home 2 WEEKS!! after the the time period they told me on the phone. So I called the so called "customer service" and it took me up to an hour just to talk to a manager and she told me to mail the car part back, which I did, and I would get the full refund of my money back.

I also asked her about the 25% restocking fee and she told me that I would not have to pay that fee, and that ALL!! my money would be refunded to me. When they got the car part her a man that claimed he was a manager called my house and told me they would take out 25% of the re-stocking fee. I told him that a manager named emleda told me I would get a full refund. Then he put her on the phone and her dumbass actually told me that someone at her company had inpersonated her and said all that stuff to me.

I couldn't believe it, after she argued w/ me on the phone and cursed at me she hung up. I have not bee able to reach them since about my money so NOW THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THE CAR PART
