I ordered 4 parts from them paying a little more than the local parts store. I recieved one wrong part, the most expensive part. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally i was put through to a male I could not understand who told me I had no recieved the parts yet. I had to convince him I had them. I was put on hold for 10 more minutes and connected to a female who was rude and told me I had the correct part. I told her I knew the difference between a coil and a coil wire. She finally saw where the wrong part number I had been sent. Iwaited 2 das and got a return shipping label and sent the part back. In the original box and with the original packing. They would not send the correct part. Told me I had to get the refund and re-order the part. Was probably trying to get me to order before the refund was given so they could keep it. They have all these rules when they mess up. The billing date was 5-10-09. They got their part back on 5-15-09. I still do not have my money on 5-29-09. These people cannot sell auto parts so they resort to stealing. Stay away from autopartswarehouse.com aka usautoparts.com. Scary!!!
