I ordered a power window motor for my fathers 1990 Chevy Lumina. I ordered the motor for the drivers side front door. They sent the motor for the passenger side. I have called the company at least 5 times and have spoken to 2 people. I called the first timie and asked for returns. I sat on hold for over 15 min. and no one ever came to the phone. I called again and got customer service and was then transfered back to returns where I sat on hold for another 20 min and no one came to the phone. I called the sales department and on the 2nd ring someone answered. When I stated my problem I was hung up on. This company has stolen $40.00 from me and I know I can't be the only one. I've noticed many complaints on this site and others. Someone needs to hold these people liable for their fraudulent transactions!
