Needed part asap. I stated just that and specifically asked if it was in stock locally in the CA warehouse. They lied and said yes. I asked how soon the order will ship. "As soon as your CC charge is confirmed". My CC was charged the following day and I expected the part the following day since the warehouse is 40 miles away and 1 day service. Part was on east coast and 5 days later I am still waiting for delivery!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Thank you for posting this.

Our business has a Fleet of Vehicles. At various times we have to order online. We got burnt by this e-commerce site as well.

They refuse to refund nor allow returns because they have in small print  "special orders" cannot be refunded or returned. Well most auto parts for older cars are now labeled that way so you can get stuck with the wrong item that they TELL you fits the vehicle only to find out it doesn't! We refuted thru  our bank and they declined reversal of charge because of that very clause referenced. So I do think you are right...they are poor at customer service and will say anything to get the deal and make YOU the customer "wait and...wait"....
