I just had a very weird experience. AutoPartsWarehouse states on its site that they guarantee the lowest prices, but when I clicked on the live chat, I couldn't even get the guy ("Smith") to identify my car correctly to provide the price quote. He was more interested in finding out if I would buy on the spot. When I told him that it depended on the price, he strung me along and it seemed as if he was deliberately trying to misidentify the model number of my car, which is a very common vanilla Toyota Corolla VE. He would ask if it was something like the XST Sport (no such thing) and I would say "no." Then, he'd come up with another weird "model" designation and I'd say "no" again. This went on for a while.

Meanwhile, I decided to check the Better Business Bureau. Sure enough, they are listed under the Trenton, NJ office and they have a horrendous record. One of the worst I've ever seen!http://newjersey.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=89&bbb=0221&firm=11004229

So, I told him that I was no longer interested. I decided I'd better come here to the Ripoff Report before I plunk down $350 for parts over the Internet!
