Have been trying to get a RMA # for two weeks now! Every time I call asking why I have not been emailed the RMA number there has always been one reason or another the RMA number has not been sent and each time they tell me that it will be another 2-3 business days. And their apologetic for the delay but it will still have to be run through to customer service again!

I was supposed to have it on Monday 22-Jan-06 but did not receive it so I waited a day to give it more time then called on Tuesday 23-Jan-07 and they said it had to be sent through again and it would be Thursday 25-Jan-07 it did not come on Thursday either so I called they said the it would for sure be in my inbox today Friday 26-Jan but still have not received it.

So I called today Friday 26-Jan-07 and same story that it would be another 2-3 business days! So I asked for the customer service telephone number directly they (the call center)said that customer service only respond to emails. So I asked for a supervisor they put me on hold and the same guy came back and with a poor attempt to disguise his voice and said he was the supervisor whatever!

I have tried to email customer service as well but they do not reply back not even an auto replier stating the email has been received or even if its being worked on. I decided to do some research on the company with the Better Business Bureau BOY does Auto Parts warehouse.com have a bad track record in fact your company gets a failing grade!!

details of the order:

EBC RED STUFF CERAMIC BRAKE PAD SET FRONT # DP31329C REAR # DP3680C
Incorrect part for my car.
Part numbers listed on their site for my 2006 Jetta 1.9L Turbo Diesel with 11.1 front rotors # DP31329C and for the 9.2 rear rotors # DP3680C are not the correct part. too small.

This company operates under at least 7 different names. They are actually in Makati Philippines, not California.... They control the top searches on google. you think you're comparing prices but you're not... Scam company

I, myself is a skeptic in terms of shopping car parts online before had my first purchase (mud flaps) at autopartswarehouse. The negative comments I've been hearing about the company added to what used be skepticism. But my curiosity eventually gave in and I tried to purchase shock absorbers from them. Guess what? I was pretty much impressed with their service. I never experienced anything like that of the negative comments written about their service, delay, etc. Well, I guess you can count me in as one of their satisfied customers.

Its my first time to buy my Acura Brake pads in Autopartswarehouse and I was so amazed with the quality of their service. I didn't expect that my order will be delivered earlier also they assisted me on how to install the product I purchased. I haven't got any bad feedback for them. They were really great. I guess this will be my favorite auto parts online store. I am recommending this site for all of you guys.

After looking further into autopartswarehouse.com I found that there is no real address other than the 92 Youngs Street beign the same the cities differ. They told me Hamilton, NJ (fake zip code no such zip code in new NJ)but I have seen several others that show 92 Youngs Street but is in a different city and zip code multiple times. Also would like to update the AKA as autopartswarehouse.com since that is the address for all their sister sites too.
