Complaint Review: AutoPlex 2000

My husband and I needed a vehicle and a trusted friend works at the dealership so we wanted to get with him thinking he wouldn't sell us a bad car.

So he had us drive a few cars before we chose an suv. We first asked if it was ever wrecked and he said that they had gotten CarFax to check out the vehicle and it came back with nothing wrong with the vehicle. So we drove off with the vehicle and about a week later the vehicle started sounding like it was falling apart.

The passanger side wheel frame was lose as well as the door. The back glass will not open anymore, and its a keyless latch. The motor is still good on glass, but I have yet to find out why it won't open. The screws to the frame were not screwed in and the door just wouldn't close right. So I decided to check out CarFax for myself and I found that they had nothing to report on the vehicle.

I took the vehicle to my Uncle who owns a paint and body shop and he washed underneath the wheel frame and found red paint, the vehicle had been wreck on the passanger side from front to back.

I did report the finding to them and all they could say was "Well CarFax says there was no accidents reported on the vehicle. So we will have to get back with you." I'm still waiting for that phone call and they are ignoring mine.
