Complaint Review: Autoplicity

i have been with paypal a long time, but recently i bought some tires from Autoplicity in california and they send me the wrong tires, i contacted them and paypal and said if i send the tires back they will issue a full refund, since then even though i did excalate the case you idiots closed it 2 times saying i didnt respond in time which i did.. well paypal and autoplicity kept my money with your help and i have closed my paypal savings and auto deposit, closed my crypto accounts and will be cancelling my paypay credit card and closing all my s**t out, i dont feel like dealing with a company that screws their customers. I ordered tires, they sent wrong, i contacted them and got no reply, paypal contacted them and told me to sent them back, i did, paypal sisnt say anything until i logged on and saw they were trying their usual bullshit trying to get the person to not send in docs or reply in time. typical practice with them. i posted tracking numbers where i sent the wrong tires back and showed where they recieved them. and still paypal bends the customer over and F****s them in the azz
