I bought a used car for about 18k and on my way home various warning signs were on and the engine was so bad the car was shaking with jerks on highway. I took the vehicle next day. The sales person acknowledged the issues and asked to leave the vehicle. I told them to cancel my pruchase as it was very clear that the car had issues and it was faulty. After giving me a run around their manager Ray Monhinpour calls me back to say that i should take the vehicle back or else they have lawyers on board to see me in court.

Please not above issue is resolved and the dealership not only resolved it, we are now buying another vehicle from them. They went ahead and went over and above to ensure everything is done to our satisfaction.
