Complaint Review: Autoronics

i have been ripped off by this company, i made an online purchase on 01-05-04,totallng $87.98 which included, shipping and handling.

The item purchased, was a remote control flip down
PLCD38 CD Player W eq, brand Pyle i was also given a tracking# autoronics-2371. Two days after, i decided to track said item only to find out, it was an invalid #, i then called the toll free # provided only got a voice mail,left a message, i also sent an email, so far i have been unable to speak to anyone or recieve a reply to my email.

I would very much appreciate any help, in order to
either get the item i paid for, or my money back, and is there a law on the books for this type of fraud, and the means to take the individuals to court.
