Autosource Unlimited is a great company to avoid! I would not recommend buying a vehicle from these people.  They lied to me about the price... "out the door", isn't exactly out the door. They tried to play one guy said and then wouldnt put him on the phone. I bought a car and it's been two weeks, no information, they said its being shipped, thats it. Really, I spend cash on a car and then, they absolutely ignored me and my car and their promises, in my opinion, Pass on this company, buy from someone else.

Thank you for the opportunity for being able to do business together. Please be advised that all of our vehicles go through a thorough inspection just as your vehicle has. Prior to you purchasing the vehicle, our service staff did a video walk around inspection with you so that you could see the overall condition amongst the initial 52 photos of the vehicle prior to you making the purchase.

The fender was clearly not cracked as you stated and this was never mentioned to our office after delivery, or on the vehicle bill of lading transport inspection.

Our office has spoken to you via email and telephone in an effort to resolve this issue for you. We have offered to even buy the vehicle back at full price with no questions asked in an effort to keep you very satisfied. We have had several local customers that wanted to purchase this vehicle after our sale to you and they thought the vehicle was in great condition for the year -- we regret that you didn't feel the same way. Please understand this vehicle is 7 years old and it is expected to have normal wear and tear (as it does). We have tried our best to resolve this situation amicably and apologize that you are unsatisfied. If there is anything else that we can reasonably do to resolve your concerns, we welcome the opportunity to help to make things right.
