DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible experience and I'm still not done dealing with them. I had my car shipped from MA to WA and I have never had to deal with such awful, unprofessional, unresponsive idiots in my life. Having been my first time shipping a car, I followed the waving hand of the driver and DROVE MY OWN CAR ONTO THE TRUCK. As I went to stop because I thought I had gone far enough up and couldn't see the driver to know if he was telling me to stop (which, he WASN'T) MY FRONT TIRES FELL INTO A GAP ON THE TRACKS OF THE TRAILER. Not good.
When my car was delivered in WA, I had multiple areas of damage - one major one being my radiator. I have been trying to get this fixed and covered by the company for nearly a month. Every time I call, it takes anywhere from 7-25 times calling in a row before someone answers the phone. I finally have a contact person and I'm constantly told that he is not in yet or has stepped out and I can't talk to anyone else to get answers, yet they have the balls to tell me it wasn't really all the drivers fault ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?
I hope the drivers were fired and the idiots who answer the phone spend their days dealing with unhappy customers...because I'm sure those are the only kind who call them! And, I still have to continue to call and get this taken care of. Ready to hire a lawyer.
