Autotop.net autotops.net safebay@ptd.net Doubled charged and only reimbursed half of money. Never sent original seat cover order and kept 350.00 of seat cover amount. This started in March 2017 and to date of Sept 2017 Arizona

March of 2017 I ordered seat covers from AutoTops, Bill took my order and reassured me I would receive an email for purchase of 350.00. Four days later I noticed I was doubled billed by Auto Tops. After multiple phone calls and a chain of emails, I finally got a hold of Bill and told him about the double charge of 750.00. It took multiple calls, emails and months to get half of the double charge back (350.00) this was now Jun 2017. During that time in Jun, I called again and asked where the seat covers where, Bill stated that he would not be able to send the seat covers and would reimburse me for the remaining 350.00 for seats. I have not received my refund nor have I been contacted by Bill. This company is horrible and I would caution anyone from ordering from them. This started in March 2017 and to date of Sept 2017
