Initially Autotoys.com took payment and after 3 months of not receiving my product I contacted them. They said the product was out of stock and that I could wait or get a refund. I decided store credit would be fine. After another few months I decided it was time for a refund. 

When I asked for a refund I was told that it had been too long and I could only use the store credit. So I tried to use the store credit and they just didn't ever ship my item. I have an open ticket thats been open for months. They wont respond me anymore.

So I posted on their web forum just asking how long customer service wait times would be. Explained that customer service hadn't gotten back to me in over a month and put my ticket number down so they could find me if they still wanted to. The next day my post was deleted and I was banned from posting further.

Save your time and money. Avoid this website. They don't even have a phone number to call if you have a problem.
