Autotrail claims to provide safe reliable auto transport from coast to coast and all points in between. They have no problem quoting a quick pick up and they charge you for every cent of the transaction before you can blink an eye.

However, the pick up date came and went, and it was left to us to call for information...and boy, did that put them out. They had my money so it had to be my problem! We were promised repeated follow up and quoted another delivery date - exact same results!!! Nop pick up, no call, nothing...

Once again, I had to call and this time we were told that no one could help us at that time, it would be at least three days before anyone could contact us with information. Three days came and went. I dug a little deeper and found that these guys have a reputation for ripping off customers (my bad...should have done more homework).

Finally, I called to cancel our order and had to hang up on the rude woman who was cursing at me - what b_lls!!! I'm filing this report along with letters to the NY attorney general. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS!!!

Get your money back from their bond.

Don't count on anyone of those orgaizations to help you. Call their bonding company and ask them how to file a claim. Hopefully you can get your money from them. Look at my earlier postings but if you can't find them go to www.safersys.org and look them up by their name and it will give you their bonding company's name along witht the policy number.

Don't take the cursing personally that seems to be how they get people to abandon their money and leave it with them.
