AutoTronix, Garden Grove, Ca - DISHONEST CREEPS!
I went to this place to have a sound system installed in my car. They promised me that I would be happy. For $500 dollars, I paid for a CD player, 4 speakers, 1 amplifier, 1 woolfer, and installation. Two weeks later my speakers started going out one by one, a month later my woolfer went out, and I had no sounds! I went to the company to have them check it out.
I knew my speakers couldn't have blown that fast, after all they were supposed to be of good quality and everything was still under warranty. They gave me the run around 3 different times. I finally got so tired of them not knowing exaclty what the problem was and I took my car elsewhere. They told me that AutoTronix had incorrectly wired my system.
I went back to AutoTronix and let them know the problem. They agreed that I was right and told my they could rewire everything but I would have to pay for it! Why should I have to pay for their mistake? I paid to have it done right the first time! I am furious. I haven't had it fixed yet either. I paid $500 dollars for nothing!
To top that off, I found out my CD player was refurbished! Now, I have no sounds. I should've kept my factory speakers. I feel they took advantage of me because I am a young woman. Those creeps! STAY AWAY FROM AUTOTRONIX!
