Autovantage Billed monthly membership fee after I cancelled during trial period, Internet
I signed up for Autovantage, and during the free trial period, called to cancel my membership, and got a confirmation #. I also cancelled my membership online. At the end of my trial period they still charged me the monthly membership fee. I called to get a refund and they told me to call claims. I called claims, and they transferred me back to customer service. I had to go to my bank to sign a form saying that the transaction was not made by me. I didn't see any reason to stay with this company.
