I bought a 1995 Nisaan300zx from Autoway Nissan of Clearwater5/28/09 through ebay.They had mant pictures on line front, back, inside,and Tires.I won the bid and the next day i would pick it up if the car lived up to the pictures.
The next day my son and I left from Palm Beach Gardens [On the east cost]The car and tires were all buffed and shiny it looked great'
We drove the car home all was fine until June 24. I got into my carand found the tire flat. So I preceeded to jack the car up. There wasn't a jack. My friends helped me with air and sealer to get to Tites Plus.
The Mgr. said this tire has dryrot and so do the other3., you better not drive on them. On June25 I got into the car , the tire was flat I had to be drinen to Pep Boys to buy a JACK.
I jacked the car up to mount the spare,it didn't fit. The spare had thr wrong bolt pattern and wrong offset,it would havr hit ehr caliper assy.
Now I had to be towed to Tires Plus to buy a new tire.
Autoway sold me a time bomb, no jack, no spare, 4 dryrotted tires with the date code from 05. All I want is a safe car thats roadworthy and safe
I called and emailed several times. All I got from them The car was inspected
and you bought it as is. I bought it as is with the understanding that it had a jack spare and tires that weren't dryrotted
