I  bought a 2006 vw passat for Autoworkz. It had issues and had to bring it back for repairs. Took it there five times for the A/C to be repaired. Right up front we wre told it the copressor and it would be fixed. we would set up an appointment we would drive  35 miles to get there. They had an excuse. another appointment was made to take it to a shop. got there the owner said I dont know why your here we dont have an apppointment or no anyting. Took it again. picked it up at a tire shop who said the put in a filter but it needed a air compressor unit. He was told not to fix it as it was expensive. The dealer refused. I took t it to a shop myself and they told me exactly what it was over a month later it was finally repaired. They were to replace the window master switch it was never done. About three months after buying the car. It had a extreme coolant leak. Took it to a shop, the coolant was leaking from where they had temporary fixed the leak from the engine with a sealant gasket type material. Had to repair that over $1000 in repairs. Then we have a massive oil leak. Once again the sealant has rottied. I called to see if we can exchange cars and he refused without coming up with the whole down payment all over again. I told him about the leak and he just didn't care. Steve at Autoworkz is the manager, who has control over everything. What one sells man offers you is not true. As Steve denies all repairs to be fixed right. This is the worst car dealer to ever deal with. The sell you cars that have temporary fixs to drive off the lot. Once youare over the 30 days you are screwed you have a worthless piece of metal in your driveway.

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape on August 12, 2017.

They have taken it back 4 times to be fixed and each time having it a week at a time.

The last time they picked it up was on October 15, 2015 to be fixed and I still haven’t seen it.

When I ask them wher is it and when will be done Scott or Monty will not give m a straight answe.

Today is November 11, 2017 and still no vehicle.
