I ordered and received a power antenna supposedly for my '79 Vette, but it will not replace the original without major engineering. Realizing this, I have tried at least 10 times to obtain an RMA for the antenna return using telephone (never answer), fax (no return response), online filing from their site, and direct email with completed form attached.
