 In my opinion, Autozone.com DOES NOT GO THE EXTRA MILE, it does not even come close to the starting line. Just a bunch of arrogant employees, that claim that they do not have the power to solve problems. To give you an idea how bad this company is, even after politely calling the CEO's office, over 3 hours ago, and being told that I would hear back quickly, well it's over 3 hours! I started to deal with this on 12/31/14 with "live chat" who although polite, could do nothing to resolve the situation, now 5 days later, I still do not have the parts(actually they never shipped them), so I go back on live chat, and I'm told there is nothing they can do. I call customer NO service #, the poor guy that answered, spoke very strange English, but at least I was able to communicate, and it appeared that he did everything he could to be of help, when I asked for a manager, things went down hill, "Angie 1-800-288-6966" all she could do is nonstop talking, while I was trying to explain the problem, she kept getting louder and louder, every time I asked her to listen to the problem. So finally I called Jean Stucky the CEO's secretary(901-495-6750), she was very pleasant and caring, I gave her the information, and she promised a return call with a resolution, NO call as of yet. Mr. William C. Rhodes III must not have much respect for his costumers, you know the ones that pay his astronomical salary of ("Forbes") $32.86 million for 5 yrs starting in 2012. I wonder how many Autozone board members actually shop at Autozone, and are happy how their customers are treated,(don't worry I will contact them too) I also wonder how stock holders will react after they read my story all over social media. Mr. Rhodes, I'm sure that my $150 +- order does not mater to you, and I was forced to cancel it as I needed that part on a timely basis. But sir, I hope that it maters to thousand of potential costumers that will shop elsewhere after reading what I was put through. Good Luck, Gus

 Isn't it funny "GUS" how you go to GREAT lengths to NOT say what the problem is/was. Instead YOU spend the time and energy to WHINE that YOU were not helped. yet in EACH AND EVERY instance every employee YOU spoke with went above and beyond to help YOU resolve the issue. Customer service DOES NOT mean give YOU your way. That little falicy has not been true since the consumers outnumbered the businesses by 10000/1. So it must NOT have been an issue with autozone directly. First, the CEOs job IS NOT pandering to someone with the mentality of a six year old. CEO Corporate Executive Officer. His job is MUCH bigger then your petty issue and to expect that a CEO of ANY company would deal with the public directly is FOOLISH on YOUR part. Its NOT THIER JOB!! Second....while YES you DO have the first amendment, the first amendment DOES NOT protect defamation. So while it makes YOU feel better to blast YOUR BILE all over the web, what YOU are doing IS a crime. If autozone chose to do so, THEY could take you to a civil proceeding and based ONLY on what YOU have posted here could win a nice fat judgment against YOU!! Its the same as taking a full page out in a published newspaper. Lastly....what makes YOU think YOU are ANY better then any other person out there?? Do YOU have a job?? If so, do YOU not have to follow the rules of YOUR job?? If YOU do indeed follow those rules then how in ANY stretch of the imagination can YOU sit there and blast them for doing the EXACT SAME THING YOU HAVE TO DO?!?!?!?! Customer service doesn't mean break all the rules or policies to give YOU your way. THAT is the problem here. YOU attempt to use internet blackmail to get your way. THAT is a crime as well. You can sit there and say "Oh I wasn't threatening them". yet the last part of your post.... I wonder how many Autozone board members actually shop at Autozone, and are happy how their customers are treated,(don't worry I will contact them too) I also wonder how stock holders will react after they read my story all over social media..........YOU THREATEN THEM!!!! Im going to go one step further and Im going to see if their legal dept is any easier to contact then their CEO. Im going to point them to YOUR post. Lets see how fast YOU squirm once the magnifying glass of litigation focuses on you. Don't think YOU are safe sitting there in your computer room spilling your bile, all it takes is a court order and THEY will have all the proof they need to prove that YOU wrote it. Everything you do is logged somehow and somewhere. Everything from EACH site you visit to EVERY email YOU have ever sent. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD!!!!! Remember that in the future. And remember , just because YOU want your way, doesn't mean YOU are going to get it. There are inherent limitations in EVERYTHING!!!
