Colorado,

How did you find a 900 amp battery charger?

"i bought a 900 amp battery charger from autozone"

At 12V this would be a 10,800 Watt charger and likely be mounted on a wheeled trailer. If, by chance, you meant a 900 amp battery, you do know there could be a problem with your vehicles electrical system.  Auto Zone should have done a charge/discharge test on the batteries you returned to determine if they are, indeed faulty.  I suspect the were good and you have a bigger problem. The stores actions strongly suggest the batteries, were/are good.
