Complaint Review: AUTUMN CREEK CLEANERS

I took my white summer clothes to Autumn Creek Cleaners in Friendswood, linen and cotton clothes, I asked for my service, remove some light stains, put heavy starch, That's the way I liked.
They said they will do it and of course charge me in advance.
When I went there to pick my clothes, they look exactly the same when I broght them over there, but in a hanger.
Stains were there, the white linen and cotton, look yellowish instead of white, they have to many wrinkles, that they look that they did not do anything, and beside that I have paid in advance.
When I told them to do it again they said yes, no problem, when I came back two days later, they look exactly the same they did not do anything, at that moment I asked for my money back, to take my clothes to a different cleaner, the clerk told me that I have to come back when the owner is there, between 6.30 am and 9.00 am.
I came back another day during those hours, this guy, the owner was so rude, that he said take your clothes somewhere else, and I dont give money back.
For Gods sake he ruined my clothes, did not cleaned them, did not pressed them, obviously did not put any heavy starch, I paid for it, and did not even get my money back.
It is necessary an authority to stop this abusive companies, as a consumer we do not have anybody to protect us. Please do not go there, because he is ripping you off.
